What to do if the Smart Strip cannot be controlled after being added to the network?

Check if the Wi-Di LED indicator:
A. Wi-Fi LED indicator is on but not flashing - the Strip has not been linked with the router yet. MAke sure that the Smart Strip and the smartphone/ tablet are linked to the same router.
B. Wi-Fi LED indicator keeps flashing quickly - the Smart Strip has not been linked with the router yet. Check if the router works well, if your network Wi-Fi signal is strong and whether the password is correct.
