Revogi Innovation Co., Ltd., (Revogi) strives to provide you a simplified return process for your defective products. The below return shipping instructions will assist you in the step-by-step requirements to ensure you can return your defective product easily.

1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

1.1 What this Warranty Covers
Revogi Innovation Co., Ltd., (Revogi) warranties that the Products purchased (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the Purchaser.

1.2 What is Not Covered?
This warranty is not transferable and does not cover (i) cosmetic damage, (ii) damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or due to improper use, installation, operation or maintenance, (iii) modification of or to any part of the Product, (iv) attempted service by anyone other than a REVOGI authorized service center, or (v) Products not purchased from an authorized REVOGI dealer.

OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE, REVOGI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ALONE HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SUITABLY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PURCHASER’S INTENDED USE.

1.3 Purchaser’s Remedy
REVOGI’s sole obligation and purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be that REVOGI will, at its option, either (i) service, or (ii) replace, any Product determined by REVOGI to be defective. REVOGI reserves the right to inspect any and all Product(s) involved in a warranty claim. Service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of REVOGI. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

1.4 Limitation of Liability
REVOGI TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF REVOGI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Further, in no event shall the liability of REVOGI exceed the individual price of the Product on which liability is asserted. As REVOGI has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act of use, setup or assembly, the user accepts all resulting liability. If you as the purchaser or user are not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of the Product, purchaser is advised to return the Product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.

REVOGI reserves the right to change or modify this warranty at any time without notice.

End customers who had purchased goods directly from Revogi might be required to provide a short video clip presenting the defect. This will enable REVOGI to assess the issue and decide on the relevant RMA solution.

1.6 Warranty Requirements

For Warranty consideration, you must provide your original sales receipt verifying the proof-of-purchase date. Provided warranty conditions have been met, your Product will be serviced or replaced free of charge. Service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of REVOGI.

1.7 Non-Warranty Service

Should your service not be covered by warranty service will be completed and payment will be required without notification or estimate of the expense unless the expense exceeds 50% of the retail purchase cost. By submitting the item for service you are agreeing to payment of the service without notification. Service estimates are available upon request. In addition you will be billed for return freight. REVOGI accepts TT payment. By submitting any item to REVOGI for service, you are agreeing to REVOGI’s Terms and Conditions found on our website http://www.revogi.com/warranty

2. Terms and Conditions for Warranty Returns

RA (Return Authorisation) numbers issued by REVOGI Corporation (REVOGI) are for the return of goods to REVOGI for the purpose of warranty claims only. These numbers are not issued to any person or company as an authority to make a claim on any reseller or other third party. REVOGI does not issue RA numbers authorising the return of any goods to any company other than REVOGI.

2.1 RA numbers are issued for tracking and processing purposes only. The issuing of an RA number does not guarantee any action will be taken until the goods have been returned, inspected and found to be of fault. RA numbers are valid for 60 days. Goods returned after this period may be rejected and/or subject to a service fee.

2.2 Only goods that have been purchased directly from an authorised reseller / retailer can be claimed under warranty.

2.3 All goods to be returned to REVOGI must go through the RA (Return Authorisation) process. This includes goods returned for repair or replacement. Goods returned to REVOGI without first applying for and receiving an RA number may be returned to the sender at their expense.

2.4 REVOGI reserves the right to Repair, Replace, Refurbish or Exchange goods with an item in similar or better condition to the item returned. Products that are no longer available may be replaced with another products that has the same features (or better) than the returned item.

2.5 Goods returned to REVOGI should be shipped in a manner to ensure the goods arrive intact. The original product package is not suitable packaging for sending a product. Goods damaged in transit when returned to REVOGI will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

2.6 Freight cost for the return of the goods to REVOGI is the responsibility of the sender. REVOGI is responsible for the cost of freight for replacement goods.

2.8 All goods claimed for warranty are to be returned to REVOGI unless otherwise directed. No minimum value on goods is set for returns.

2.8 Warranty claims can only be made within the first 12 months of the original purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sale receipt as proof of purchase. REVOGI does not recognise “Extended warranties” on any products.

2.9 Warranty claims made within 14 day of purchase should be raised with the place of purchase. Depending on the store policy, they may elect to replace, exchange or refund your money.

2.10 REVOGI is only able to accept returns from within United States of America. Claims cannot be accepted from outside US. For Overseas Customers please contact your place of purchase for warranty information.

2.11 Products that are found to be “No Fault Found” will be returned to the sender and may incur a service fee. Goods are tested according to the fault description on the RA form. Other faults may not be detected as it is not possible to test every feature of every product. A general diagnostic test is run on each product returned when no specific fault is listed on the request. Items found not to be faulty will be returned. General fault descriptions such as “faulty” or “not working” will be ignored and only general testing will be carried out.

2.12 Devices which have removable batteries should have the batteries removed prior to being returned to REVOGI. Batteries are not covered by warranty.

2.13 REVOGI will not be liable for any loss of data from any product during the warranty repairs. Where possible you should backup or keep a copy of information stored within a device’s memory before returning the goods.

2.14 Faults listed on the RA request should be specific. Products returned with faults being “intermittent” in nature (or similar) will take longer to process. If after a reasonable period, the fault cannot be replicated the item may be returned as “No fault Found”

2.15 Before returning the unit, please remove any parts not from the original package. REVOGI will not be liable for any loss of these parts.

3. Packing and Shipping Guidelines

  • Reuse the original packaging materials to pack the returned unit to insure its arrival in good condition.
  • Pack the Product securely using a shipping carton. Please note that original boxes are not designed to withstand the rigors of shipping without additional protection.
  • Remove or cover previous shipping labels from the outside of the box. (Old addresses, Labels, AWB, Colored label, etc)
  • Close and tape the box securely to ensure it will not open during transit
  • Please indicate the RMA number clearly on the outside of your box when returning your product to ensure that your return can be properly verified (Attn: RMA Receiving – RMA/SO#_______ ). Failure to include the RMA number may result in a processing delay.
  • Ship via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for lost or damaged parcels, as Revogi is not responsible for merchandise until it arrives and is accepted at our facility.
  • Any original manuals, cables, power adaptors or any other additional hardware should be returned to Revogi together with the main unit.

*Please note that when packing returns, if the product is packed in an unfit way which could hinder testing it will be immediately rejected.
